Head sensitivity??

Is it normal for the head/tip of your penis to be super sensitive? Like i get that being sensitive is normal but for me, after getting stimulated for a while, the act of direct rubbing, licking, ect. Gets to a point where it gets unbearable/very uncomfortable and almost painful. Is this normal? Or is it somethjng im doing wrong or anything??
