Need legal advice regarding a consumer dispute against Reliance Digital (India)

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for some guidance from someone who practices consumer law or has experience handling consumer disputes in India.

The matter involves a defective electronic appliance that is still under warranty. After multiple failed repair attempts over the last few months, the company has officially stated in writing that the product is "unrepairable", but instead of replacing it or issuing a full refund, they're only offering a depreciated refund.

I've preserved all emails, warranty documents, invoices, job sheets, legal notice, and service records, and I'm planning to approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

If you're a practicing lawyer or have handled similar consumer cases, I'd really appreciate it if you could comment down below and I'll send you a request. I'd be happy to explain the complete facts over chat or a quick call.

Thank you!
