Fate collab choices

I have Archer and Saber, and I'm planning on pulling Rin. For my Archer team, I have no Sparkle, and I didn't do enough pulls to get the free LC last time. I have DHPT. All characters on my account are E0, and nobody has their sig LC. The only 5* Hunt LC I have is the free Herta shop LC, and I use it with Ashblade currently.

1. Should I get free Archer or Gil?

2. I'm already at 160 pulls from pulling Himenova, and since I plan on pulling Rin, I'll likely reach 200 pulls. Should I get Archer or Gil's LC?
