Tank Farms (Ports&Bridges DLC) issues

I just bought the Ports & Bridges DLC and have some issues with the "Tank Farm" assets.

1. When I click on Large Tank Farm and try to place it it looks like the big tanks before actually placing it:

But after placing the building it changes to this asset:

Meaning that all the three different tank farm sizes uses the same model. Is this intended?

2. I can not move any subbuildings for the port with move it, I guess that is a limitation in the mod?
