I Think My Friends Might Actually Be Fake And I Don't Know How To Handle It, Or If I'm Overreacting To The Situation.

I've (24M) been reflecting about my friendships over the past few months with my 2 best friends and I've realized somethings about them that don't sit right with me and I'm not sure if I'm overreacting or not. (Friends names are Henry & John, not really but for anonymity reasons)

HENRY
-Henry always kinda looks annoyed when i bring up career goals i have or progression ive made towards them, he kinda has a covertly annoyed face and changes subject fast or lies about his career goals (they change every few weeks).

-There was a time a cpl months ago where i was confiding to both Henry & John about 2 incredibly serious situations that happened with my extended family that was twisted and left me distraught and Henry was trying not to burst out laughing, covering his mouth but very clearly big faced smile under it (when i first met him he did say he has "this thing" where he laughs at times he shouldn't but i cant tell if its just a cover anymore). This hurt me a lot as whenever Henry has had an issue he makes it known and i listen to and support him but he cant even muster a single fuck when i vent about my issues. Seems like he only wants to hangout to have a laugh and talk shit, but were not 16-18 anymore you know.

-Henry constantly bails on plans at the last minute either on the day or hours before i.e he talked me into going to an expensive concert i didn't want to go to and he bailed the day of cause his GF wanted to hang out and said "pussy over the concert", which is just such a tool thing to say on so many levels imo.

-He also is buddy with my bully (this bully was his roommate, someone we went to HS with, and he became my bully afterwards when he realized Henry & I were becoming close friends years back). Henry would constantly tell me that when the roommate would try to talk shit about me when i wasn't around he'd check him, but when the roommate would start belittling me to my face in front of him Henry would just look the other way. Henry would constantly tell me he cant wait for the roommate to move out so hed never have to see him again and once he got rid of him months later they are hanging out again despite Henry talking trash about him for half a decade. ( I did talk crap back to the roommate when hed go at me but i never exalted it to it a brawl because that would accomplish nothing and also it was at Henrys Moms house so i didn't want to cause her stress.

JOHN
-There has been times where the group has had plans to hang out but then when Henry bails last minute and i still say to John that I'm still keen to go out John would say "If its just us well wait till another time", not inherently bad but at the same time it just comes across as "i dont wanna hang out 1 on 1 with you"

-John is also friends with Henry's roommate, he doesn't see him much anymore but still wishes him a happy birthday and everything. I'm really bothered by this as i if the tables were turned i wouldn't hang out or be chummy with any of my "Brothers" bullies, not to mention my cousin did John incredibly wrong and took no responsibility for it and out of principle i cut off my cousin off, yet John is still chummy with the roommate and never even told me that the roommate was saying stuff behind my back.

LAST BIT OF CONTEXT
I feel as though i was trying to have genuine friendships and connections with them but they only ever want to properly hang out when we smoke weed together, we all have different interests outside of it, its evident when i listen to their interests and engage and ask more questions but they don't really engage with what I'm saying at all. Henry will just kinda grunt the words "yeah" until the conversations moves on and John will kinda essentially say "cool" and move on.
