bedbug help

well ive pretty much asked everybody ik irl and got a lot of yes responses to my identification post </3 how do i deal with these guys?? i checked my mattress and couldnt find anything so could they be in the bedframe? or was i just lucky and perhaps caught it early before it could turn into a bigger issue since i only found one and have minimal bites???

my biggest concern is honestly my plushies, i have a big collection and im not sure how to clean them all and make sure theyre safe, cant put them in high heat so advice with anything and answers to my questions would help greatly, tysm!
