Anyone else here with SPMS in a wheelchair?

I‘ve been dx 14 years ago, have been on DMT‘s since (now on Ocrevus) and in a wheelchair since 2 years. My neurologist said there are also cases where the disease progresses while on DMT ( my MRI‘s have been stable since 8 years?!). I‘ ve also been to a rehab center this year for a couple of weeks and was shocked to meet so many other people on Kesimpta or Ocrevus in wheelchairs or walkers? One guy even needed a wheelchair within 6 months, and he told me he was on Kesimpta and even had a baclofen pump. I‘m really confused and my neurologist always seems annoyed by my questions. His answers are always: yes, this could happen…
