Sushi Restaurants for Celiacs?

Has anyone with celiac disease got a sushi place they trust? I am happy to bring my own gf soy sauce but I'm worried about places using rice vinegar that has wheat in it (also heard some kewpie mayo might have?). Preferably Atlantic Seaboard/CBD but happy to travel for good, safe sushi. Verrry new to celiac and it stresses me out. Already been glutened twice at restaurants sadly.
