Has anyone cross tapered from gabapentin to lyrica?

I am absolutely stuck on this hellish Gabapentin, it has given me hyperacusis and my nervous system is constantly overstimulated.

My question is if anyone has ever successfully slowly crosstapered one to the other with small incremental steps (for example,starting on 500mg Gabapentin, then 400mg Gabapentin with 30mg Lyrica, 300mg to 60mg etc.)

Please let me know! I cant find any posts except for people tapering to 0mg and then switching, which I cannot do.
