A Question for fellow Tunisians

I’m sick of living abroad. Im sick of working like a dog and feeling like I don’t belong anywhere. I know the situation in Tunisia is bad rn, politically, socially, and economically. I’m trying to save up to buy a piece of land in the Northwest and start a small farm. What do you think the average cost (in USD) that would be? Is it possible? I know it may sound like pipe dream but I wanna give it a shot.
I’m thinking for a starter, what’s the first step to take to look into small farms and small farm houses for one person? Is it even possible to buy land? Please let me know if you have any idea and thank you!
