Negosyo idea with 80k-100k budget

Problem/Goal: Gusto namin ng partner ko magstart ng business.

Context:

Loc: Beside subdivision and along the road.

Competitors near the loc: sari sari store( around 10 inside and outside the subdivision), bigasan, frozen food, laundry shop, 3 gulayan. Madami ng businesses near the loc but I am confident na compared sa lahat kami yung may magandang location since katabi lang ng subdivision. My partner and I are planning something like a construction store. Or any other ideas po? Thank you!
