Tissue stuck in hearing aid, help!

As the title says, I lost the small cleaning instrument given with my hearing aid to clean, went to use tissue in a dumb pre-coffee morning mood, piece of tissue is now stuck in there. Any advice? And also where to get a new cleaning stick lol. I'm in the UK if this is needed.
