Furious Wellspring rage bug

It's been 2 months already, how come they don't fix this? this is an ascendancy node and has been bugged for 2 months + at this point. How come they release a new league but don't fix the ascendancy bug on druid. That node is completely unplayable because it consumes rage on ancestral cry volcanic steps, maul etc. makes that ascendancy node not usable.
