Ai

Has anyone ever been done for using ai ? Just submitted an assignment and realised one of my pages looks kind of sus , I used ai to redo some sentences but also I forgot to remove some image captions so they don’t make sense was just wondering should I resubmit and just take out the weird parts or should I email course coordinator or just submit an ai statement as an extra file or just leave it and hope it’s fine. Kinda stressing
