I’m wondering if anyone has experienced this

So yesterday for like about 20/30 min on and off I was having some type of near syncope episode but I have never experienced it like this before. It was like my body lost all moter control. I had super bad slurred speech and my arms were temoring shaking bad I couldn’t hold my neck up but I was mostly aware the whole time. I took propranolol Er 80mg about two hours prior and I don’t know if the med triggered it or what. I went to the ER and they gave my an IV and found no reason for it and said to reach out to the doctor that prescribed it and I sent them a message still waiting on a reply before I need to take another dose. I was wondering if this is more a pots thing or the med triggered.
