Random Question about Crash Cove

Hey guys, I played CTR:NF pre-Spyro and have only just started playing again now. I had a random question when playing Crash Cove that I don't think has been asked before, nor have I even checked to see if it's an Achievement.

Can you hit the monkey on the sign just before you reach Lap 2 with a thrown liquid glass? I keep missing the little fecker and think it's impossible but it did also get me wondering what other behaviours are in the other levels' backgrounds like this o-o-e-e-a-a prick taunting every lap.
