Does anyone else feel like NTs/allistics are incapable of doing work tasks right?

😤 rant / vent - advice allowed

I work at a job that I love and I do actually get on with my coworkers thankfully, but this is a trend I have noticed throughout my last few jobs after being diagnosed with ADHD and medicated - I feel like other people can't do their job correctly and it stresses me out?

Like, I don't think that I have unreasonable standards, I'm a bit of a perfectionist and I understand that some things are not going to be perfect, but the amount of little things I've had to correct at my various jobs that other people did incorrectly are wearing me thin. Some of the stuff is about looking professional, typos, outdated information, and so on, but some of it is serious, things that are to the detriment of our clients that I end up having to fix because other people were lazy and sloppy. I feel like whenever I need a co-worker to do anything for me I have to give it to them in the absolute simplest way possible, basically break down every little step, and then I have to take the time to recheck their work after they do it because I don't trust that it will be correct.

I feel like there's this huge cultural thing among allistics to just be like "eh I tried" and move on, even if they really didn't try very hard. I also notice this among other people I interact with, like I saw various doctors 3 times for an issue and none of them took it seriously and gave me the right information, then the 4th time I had an appointment with a nurse who I got strong autism vibes from, who actually listened to me and did some basic investigation and actually helped with my problem.

I dunno is this just me being arrogant and prideful? I end up feeling embarrassed because I know that nobody likes the person who is correcting everything they do and "being difficult" but I feel like some of these mistakes are just not acceptable and I have to say something. I would be ecstatic if someone was helping me as much as I was helping others.
