Oura Ring 5: Size 7 vs. 8

Hi fellow Oura friends!

I ordered both size 7 and 8: size 8 is quite loose - it doesn't fall off my finger, but it spins pretty easily. Sometimes I find the bottom marker facing up, and a few days ago I even had gaps in the heart rate data.

On the other hand (literally), size 7 feels quite snug, though sometimes it still spins at the base of my finger, but I don't find it with the bottom marker facing up as often. However, two days ago after taking size 7 off, I noticed the skin underneath being red and had a strange sensation, like that area being swollen/sore.

How did you make the size choice? I feel like I’m between sizes. I’m afraid that the larger size is losing data/data is inaccurate because it’s itoo loose and the smaller one barely comes on and off my finger.
