Is "the devil/Satan" merely an opposition to human's limited perception/creation of God, rather than God himself?

Thoughts

The devil has often been illustrated as the accuser or as what is in opposition to God.
But nothing can be in opposition to God, cause God's mechanism of reality controls everything.
Meaning God is perfect in that everything is in balance, and everything has karma.
Every action that happens, God will ensure has the perfect reaction.
Nothing, including the "devil" can exist outside of this mechanism God has created.

If you look at Jesus for example, he accused the religious people of misusing the place that was meant for worship of God, to extract money from people.
And they accused him of being of the devil, because they considered what he said to be blasphemy.
He never opposed God, but opposed their limited perception of God.

And if you look at what the bible and religious teachers turned Jesus into, they made a story around him to fit their narrative around how they perceive God, and stripped away his real teachings of God's true nature.
