Can you help me to guide my students for a better career?

As the job market is evolving every few months, recruitment practices are changing just as quickly. I would love to understand a few things better:

- How can job seekers improve their chances of getting through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)?

- How important is LinkedIn in today's recruitment process?

- What are the best practices for maintaining a strong LinkedIn profile?

- What are your top tips for creating an effective resume?

I know there's plenty of information available online, but hearing from real people with real experiences provides a different level of confidence and insight.

My goal is to ensure my students don't just complete a course but also have the right direction and guidance to build successful careers. Your advice, experiences, and suggestions would mean a lot not only to me but also to the many students who can benefit from them.

Thank you so much in advance for your time and support!
