7 weeks bupropion, 300mg, thoughts

Hi,

I was drinking bupropion 150mg for month and after 4.5 weeks the dose was increased. Now i feel so overwhelmed and drowning with all my emotions. How many weeks to wait? Or it shows this is mot working. Thanks
