[AUS] First summer with my Frenchie in Queensland... send help 😭

Got my boy Milo 6 months ago and this is our first summer here in QLD.
He will NOT go outside after 9am and pants like crazy even with AC.

What do you Aussie Frenchie owners do?
Cooling mats, doggy pools, specific food?
Also what pet insurnce do you use for brachy breeds here?
