Think my brain is cooked. Anyone been through similar situation?

For the past 2 years , due to our career..etc we’ve been in a long distance relationship. To cope with the lack of physical intimacy ,i started watching porn, it soon became a habitual thing . Now I don’t even feel that aroused when she sends hot pics. I think porn has destroyed my senses. What to do guys. This thought suddenly hit me. I’ve reduced watching porn by magnitudes but my senses are not back yet
