Will it ever get better for pocs?

It seems like when we get a bit closer to equality white supermacists respond violently and pull us back. The right wing racist attacks going across the world just shows that pocs are just at the mercy of white people considering them equals. Once they stop doing that pocs get attacked again. There are instances of pocs being murdered in literally ever country. Will we ever be equal to the white race or will we remain sub humans?
