Has any Bangladeshi recently received an in-country employment visa / transfer after cancelling their previous visa?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for advice from people who have recent (2026) experience with UAE employment visas, especially for Bangladeshi nationals.

My concern is that, because I'm Bangladeshi, I've heard many stories about employment visas being rejected or delayed. I've also seen mixed information online.

I'm only looking for recent real experiences (2026), not rumours.

Thank you very much.
