**To All Substitute Soul Reapers:**
Recently, we have received a substantial amount of feedback across various dimensions regarding **\[Ichigo Kurosaki · Dual Zangetsu\]**, including character production, balancing interventions, and imprint crafting. We have thoroughly reflected on all of these categories and optimization directions.
First and foremost, the development team extends our most sincere apologies and deepest reflections to all players of *Bleach: Blade Echoes*.
Facing these wide-ranging issues, we must carefully consider and evaluate what is currently in production and what will soon be presented to players before making this official response. As part of our comprehensive review, we will intervene, rework, and optimize several of these issues. Specific details will be announced via in-game mail.

I. Regarding \[Ichigo Kurosaki · Dual Zangetsu\]
**Q: Regarding the weapon and stuttering/freezing issues with \[Ichigo Kurosaki · Dual Zangetsu\].**
**A:** We will add a logic where expert weapons default to heavy attacks upon transformation, increase the frequency of heavy attacks during combo states when releasing skills, improve smoothness, and optimize action impact for better feedback.

**Q: Regarding hit feel, combo drops, and skill interruptions for \[Ichigo Kurosaki · Dual Zangetsu\].**
**A:** We are actively working to optimize response time limits. We will rework mechanisms such as seamless attack transitions into Bankai/released mode, skill cancellations, and frame-skips. We will also increase interrupt and mark/wound effectiveness to ensure hits register reliably. Specific adjustments are subject to future in-game announcements.

**Q: Regarding the production timeline and release schedule for \[Ichigo Kurosaki · Dual Zangetsu\].**
**A:** We feel deeply apologetic regarding player feedback about poor skill coherence, sparse voice lines, and unrefined production details. Honestly speaking, as the first character from the *Thousand-Year Blood War* arc banner, the dev team allocated resources early on for his production. The version schedule was aligned with Ichigo's birthday (July 15).
Our original intention was to pull out all the stops, though we ultimately made trade-offs in skill design, traits, and entries—for instance, we brainstormed dozens of combat logics, but several classic forms failed to make it into the final live build. Every new character involves tremendous time and dedication. While practical project timelines shift, we still strive to present a thorough vision and achieve better results. We ask for your understanding.

 **Q: Regarding combo skipping/glitching bugs on \[Ichigo Kurosaki · Dual Zangetsu\].**
**A:** Issues occurring in combat—such as auto-transformation without target lock, frame drops on ultimate skills, and logic bugs—were caused by insufficient testing on our end. We are actively investigating and resolving these issues. Going forward, we will place far greater emphasis on comprehensive character testing.

II. Character Design & Balance
**Q: Regarding Strike-attribute Captains feeling relatively weak in the early game.**
**A:** The randomness of the Mayuri technique is currently undergoing adjustments for balance and mechanics. Because this system is not yet fully mature, custom character adjustments must be handled cautiously. Please stay tuned for future announcements.

**Q: Regarding the lack of support units for the Strike Team.**
**A:** This is currently in development. Please keep an eye out in upcoming updates.

**Q: Regarding the perception that visual effects look impressive, but characters lack actual combat utility.**
**A:** During balance testing, we will further strengthen and expand test scenarios within actual combat environments.

III. Imprint & Refining System
**Q: Regarding the high cost of imprint refining and the difficulty of optimizing stats for squishy characters.**
**A:** Future updates will increase the number of targeted affix rolls and introduce pity mechanisms for specific stat affixes, reducing the overall burden of rerolling stats.
IV. Gameplay & Content Shortages

**Q: Suggestions to add more real-time gameplay options.**
**A:** We want to offer more dynamic activities. We will launch real-time battle trial modes in large-scale raids and PvP modes, smooth out progression flows, and increase event frequency so players always have goals and activities to enjoy.

**Q: Suggestions to optimize interactable scenes and permanent UI/hub features.**
**A:** Based on popular feedback regarding interactive scenes, leaderboards, and guild features, we will introduce cosmetic frames and large-map multiplayer interactive gameplay. We will also expand single-player content, including arena maps, stages, monsters, and bosses to enrich the overall experience.

**Q: Suggestion to introduce S+ rank characters.**
**A:** Following R+ and SR+ tiers, future plans will place greater emphasis on SR+ characters with pool quality changes. These are already in development.

**Q: Suggestions regarding optimized ultimate skill visual effects and cutscenes.**
**A:** Popular characters will receive priority in visual impact and animation design during character creation. Please look out for upcoming previews and teasers.

**Q: Suggestions regarding artwork and illustration updates.**
**A:** Story progression and imprint animations have far exceeded our original production scope. Frequent revisions require high resources, but we want to present more characters and lore properly. We are pushing forward new chapter development as fast as possible and ask for your patience.

V. Official Stance & Communication
**Q: Disappointing handling: Slow bug fixes, lack of compensation, and subjective announcements.**
**A:** There may have been misunderstandings regarding our communication. For severe issues affecting balance and player experience, we will issue proper compensation. For critical bugs, our team works overnight to fix and rework them. While our process still needs refinement, resolving these issues remains our top priority, and appropriate
follow-up compensation will be provided.

**Q: Communication lapses and community frustration regarding operational responses.**
**A:** This was an operational shortcoming on our end. The team is addressing this issue directly. Insufficient depth in past responses contributed to community frustration. Going forward, we will improve communication channels for major announcements and provide regular updates.

VI. Additional Optimization Suggestions
**Q: Suggestions to increase Guild Boss HP/member limits, improve daily material drop efficiency, add multi-track bond card skills, and add support/barrier character banners.**
**A:** The optimizations above are planned for implementation in **Update Version 3.0.5**.

**Q: Suggestions to add a secondary password (to prevent accidental item deletion) and rotatable cosmetic items.**
**A:** The optimizations above are planned for implementation in **Update Version 3.0.5**.

**Q: Suggestions to optimize training and growth items/mechanics.**
**A:** Currently in production or planned for future events. Please stay tuned!

**Q: Suggestions regarding camera angles and visual performance during combat.**
**A:** We have adjusted skill camera angles and refined hit-stop impact feedback. Thank you for your active feedback, and our team will continue to review and polish these features.
