I am an MBA (Agribusiness Management) student. My neighbour has been threatening to involve me in false criminal cases and false allegations after disputes in our locality. I come from a financially weak family, and I am worried that a false FIR or criminal case could affect my education and future career.

What evidence should I collect to protect myself if false allegations are made? His brother is also a lawyer so I can't fight legally in front of them they regularly beat us and abused us
