Women in their 30s need to stop complaining and start taking the initiative to ask men in their 30s out. Seriously—just do it.

I keep seeing posts from women in their late 20s and 30s complaining that men their age date younger (adult) women. But this isn't just about men.

If you're single and want men your age to date women their age, take the initiative. Ask them out.

Here's a little secret: plenty of women aged 18–21 already make the first move and ask older men out. If more women in their 30s did the same with men their own age, there would probably be fewer complaints and more happy couples.
