Account first got hacked then I got it back now it's indefinitely suspended
So Friday night I got a mail saying that someone charged money onto my PS5 account (multiple times) and that was although I had a passkey. I managed to get into the account delete all payment methods and changed the login to a new password+2FA. Within minutes they had changed it back to Passkey got into the account again and changed my Email ID leaving me locked out of my account. Since it was the weekend there was no PlayStation support until Monday. So I called their German number on Monday and thanks to providing the first and last 4 digits of my credit card the guy on the phone was able to verify it's me. He changed the email ID back to the original one and also did a charge back of all the money that was put on the account.
Until yesterday then everything went smoothly but yesterday evening I tried to log in and it said my account was suspended indefinitely without any further reason. I also never got an email explaining anything. Since it was too late again I couldn't contact support once more.
This morning I contacted Sony again and they told me I needed to fill an appeal form and have me a link. I put the link in but it only said they couldn't find an account that was able to appeal.
Their answer: we gave your case to another team they will get in contact in between 24-48 hours.
Now is there anything I can still do or do I really have to wait this time for now hoping to this solves stuff. And could it be that the charge back that the Sony employee did when I called could have caused the suspension?
