Is the motherboard beyond repair or not can anyone tell me

So I have a Lenovo all in one C340 that has a non working motherboard. Want to know if it can get fixed. Doesn’t respond to a power button press and only powers on when the power button is not plugged in because it can power on without a power button thanks to a BIOS flag but I did clear the CMOS so I don’t know what’s up with that. It also falling POST not getting far enough to turn on the CPU or RAM as the CPU is not generating heat but is turning on the fan. Thats all I know so can anyone help me troubleshoot a little. I had a cleaning mishap with it
