[ps1/pc] [1990’s] [adventure top down view game]

Hi,

Im wondering if anyone could help me find this game i will share what information i can remember.

I remember it being on ps1 possibly a demo disc first scene is a poltergeist getting slapped in the face( which im pretty sure is bald or bald with just a pony tail) and i think first gameplay scene is jumping outside of garbage truck there are walking animals like talking elephants and its a birds eye view kind of game . This what i remember on the ps1

If i recall correctly i believe i had the game on pc also in the 90’s but you start off by sitting on a cliff with a fishing rod , and i recall walking in to a restaurant with again walking elephants that you can engage with.
This was a strange game .

Not a-lot to go off was a long time ago.

appreciate any help in finding the name of it thanks!
