Sucks that building non-profit open-source today feels harder than running a business
It really bums me out that we live in an era where releasing free, non-profit open-source software gets you more hostility than selling a product.
You put hundreds of hours into building something for free, only to get accused of "trying to sell something" or "pushing an agenda" the second you try to talk about it or ask for feedback.
Since when did building tools for the community become something you have to constantly defend yourself for? Maintainer burnout is so real.
