Stuck in Hiring Manager Reviewing -> Not Selected

I have made 50+ applications and every application I made recently directly moved to "Hiring Manager Reviewing," and after some time the status changed to "Not Selected." I am applying for software engineering-related roles, and recently every application I made directly changed to "Hiring Manager Reviewing" and after some time changed to "Not Selected." Is there anyone experiencing something like this? Am I on the right track? Still, a single application hasn't been selected.
