Any Anime app with Subtitles IN Dub yet? (Please help, I'm in agony trying to find one)

Considering there's been a lot of new apps, i wondered if there's been one that actually (consistently) have Sub In Dub, it doesn't have to be a dub exclusive subs but can be From the regular sub version.

Before anyone ask what's the point, most of the time there's no translation for texts that is on Screen and that irritates me for some reason, especially in Wistoria where they have a whole character and lore bio in the middle of the episode WITH NO TRANSLATION.

The closest i got to is Aniplay using the WavesHD server which (sometimes inconsistently) have the In-built sub for the episode with the dub, which i highly prefer since at least it's put in the correct position
