I have two fraudulent charges on my PayPal account. What should I do?

Two fraudulent charges for Knicks-Bulls tickets, totaling $1,855, landed on a reader's PayPal account. One went to his linked Amex, the other pushed his PayPal balance negative. He disputed both. PayPal and Amex both told him he'd made the purchases himself. He knows he didn't. When a thief logs in with your real credentials, the charge looks legitimate to the automated review, and that's how a genuine fraud victim gets denied twice.
