Please help, question about possible demonetization?
Hi, I'm pretty new to youtube (posting), i usually watched videos. I made some videos that took off recently, so I'm an artist and I played a game called gartic phone on people's twitch streams, they reacted very happy or positively, and I keep those short clips and make reaction videos out of it, I sometimes draw fanart or draw a portrait of them in the vids. I got accepted into the youtube partner program like 3-5 days ago, I only have about 7-8 of these videos uploaded and I have about 14 made in general waiting to upload the rest. I just recently googled and heard it doesnt count as transformative. I really need some advice because It would be a very big shame to lose my channel or get demonetized after getting partner in such a short time frame, my channel gained 9k subs in about 2 weeks.
- I got permission from about the first 30 streamers I used but I didn't ask every other future streamer (so far everyone who has found out they are in the video are happy about it, and I even put in my description that Im willing to remove them from video if they have an issue about it. I stopped asking permission since it was so many streams I played with and it almost sounded like self promotion which i hate doing. And sometimes they dont get back to me on discord with a yes or no.
- Should i private or unlist the videos i already made? even if its making me money right now.
- If I add my own voice in the intro, and in some parts of the video kinda like daily dose, would that make it safe? (im also okay with deleting parts if a streamer has issue with it)
- If i ask every streamer in those videos if they are okay with being in it, would that make all future videos safe?
- How likely is youtube to take action against me and how much time do I have? I also post some other content too like timelapses and tutorials, but i do have about 8 videos that are reactions to my art.
I can dm you my channel if that would help you, just message me on here, I would appreciate this so much ty.
