Early 2000s metal song that samples the movie Anchorman

Hey everyone, it has been bugging me so badly since I’ve just recently rewatched Anchorman. The specific sample that is used in the song is right after Ron Burgundy cusses out San Diego. I believe the clip starts with “Ron why did you say that? Why?” And continues and ends with something like “You poop mouth! Get all of the poop outta your mouth!”

I feel like it was a not-as-well-known band but I cannot for the life of me remember it.
