Confused about screen refresh and panel care on Odyssey G60SF

I just bought a g60sf and it is my first oled monitor. I an determined to take the absolute best care possible of this monitor and make it last as long as it can. I’ve heard that screen refresh happens after 4 hour use sessions, but I’ve never personally seen it happen. I am unsure if it would happen if I use the back button to power down the monitor or if I should leave it on with the pc connected to it and off and only then will the screen refresh happen.
