Starting a relationship on Long Distance M(20) F(20)

To sum things up, I was chasing this girl who was in this club with me, we were strangers before, and it took the entire semester of “pledging” for us to get past the crush stage. She’s visited me once and i’ve visited her once in our respected home countries. The thing is we only realised our feelings for each other at the end of the semester, and I’m not trying to start dating over long distance. We’ve been texting and calling, she’s a pretty bad texter but we’ve made things work. I wanna be more proactive in our relationship but again we aren’t dating so idk where the line is drawn. Recently it’s been harder cuz conversation has died a little, but i’ll be seeing her soon when we go back to school. So just here looking for advice to keep things moving until we go back to school.
