Anyone bought a cask with Rare Finds Worldwide, company in Hong Kong? Is this a scam ?

Someone posted about a similar company relocating to the said company in question. Just wanna know if this is a legit scam ?

And also if people can share their experience with them privately…

And if it is, legally, what can we do about it ?
