Any thought about my pictures? Upgrade advice?

I bought my first camera in November, a 1200D with the kit lens. These are the best shots I’ve managed to take as a complete beginner.

I’m also considering buying a Sony a6400 as an upgrade, since I’m starting to outgrow the 1200D, any thought about that?
