Do women enjoy having period aside from the pain?

I'm a guy, when I pee or ejaculate, it feels very good cause even when peeing, I can feel the pressure releasing which gives satisfaction.

Does that happens same with women? When they like have it, do you feel kinda relieved the liquid is decreasing and it will be empty soon?
