They hurt standing or laying!🤯🤯🤯😖😖😖

The Aimovig has been ineffective. Nurtec doesn’t work either. Lately the migraines have been occurring while I’m standing or if I’m laying down. I can’t get any peace! I’m so frustrated. I’ve been suffering from them for almost 20 years now. Neurologist or doctors can’t find any remedies yet. Supposed to be trying Vyepti in a few months. I had another MRI to see if it’s a tumor or something but the scan found nothing. Life has been stressful as well. The bankruptcy I’m in has annoyed me to my wits end!! I just hate my life so much! What is even the point anymore!?😑😑😑
