Looking for suggestions on why I am passing out

For context - I am 25F who has had fainting spells for the past 10 years. I have seen a neurologist, cardiologist, endocrinologist and gynecologist for this issue and nobody seems to be able to narrow down what the heck is going on.

I got in a bad car wreck last year which caused me to lose my license and it was a big mess. I lost my job and almost lost my house because of it. I wound up finding another job but I’ve been feeling that feeling like I’m going to completely black out again.

For some more information here is a background:

- Juvenile autoimmune disease currently in remission since 2015, took strong steroids from 5-14 years old.

- Fluctuate in weight from 160-195 lbs the past 10 years

- Mother has history of epilepsy. Originally thought they were seizures, took a variety of medication (ex. keppra and lamictal) but nothing helped.

- Bad migraines, can’t do anything that day, typically occur a day before my period.

Symptoms, or things I’ve noticed some kind of pattern with:

- I typically get very confused, feelings of panic, and extremely sweaty right before I pass out. I used to describe the feeling of deja vu but now it just feels like extreme anxiety.

- Used to correlate with my menstrual cycle, typically before my period or during ovulation. Now I’ve noticed it typically happens when I’m stressed. Didn’t start passing out until mg periods became regular.

- Afterwards I feel extremely exhausted and could nap all day if I was able.

- I was an EMT for a short period before moving, and was in the department when I felt like I was about to pass out. I took my blood sugar levels and it was 60 mg/dL. I had a blood sugar monitor for about 2 months to see if there was any fluctuation, doctor said this was not low but could drop too quickly. There was no record of my blood sugar being out of wack.

To summarize, I’m frustrated that I’m getting nowhere. I have been injured because of it, injured others, and lost a whole lot of money between doctor’s visits and my car accident. Please, ANYTHING will help!!!!
