profile review 21F 9/7/7
Hi everyone,
I'm planning to appear for CAT 2026 and would really appreciate some honest feedback on my profile.
Profile:
- Female | 21 | SC
- 10th: 91% (CBSE)
- 12th: 76% (CBSE)
- B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering): ~7.4 CGPA (final year yet to start)
- No work experience
I gave CAT 2025 Slot 1 just to see where I stand, without any preparation, and I have attached my score.
I've decided to prepare seriously now, and I'm trying to understand how realistic my goals are before I commit fully.
The college I'm aiming for the most is FMS Delhi, mainly because of its excellent ROI and relatively low fees.
Also, when I was entering the score I got in the mock in the site for MBA call prediction, I used the marks versus percentile table that I got on Google since I kind of thought that the person tile is a bit inflated, so I will attach that screenshot to.
A few questions:
- With my profile (91/76/7.4, SC, no work ex), what kind of percentile should I realistically target?
- Is my 12th score going to hurt me a lot during shortlisting?
- Is FMS Delhi a realistic target with a very good CAT score?
