Need a power bank with built in cable, keychain size, whats actually reliable

looking for a small power bank i can clip to my keys, needs built in cable so i don't have to carry a separate cord. don't need huge capacity, mostly just topping up my phone through the day, something in the 3000-5000mah range is fine. budget is flexible, more concerned about it actually holding up long term vs dying after a few months like some of the cheap ones ive seen mentioned here. anyone have one that's lasted them a while?
