Shock by Robin Cook

Hii, i recentely started the book "Shock" by Robin Cook, currently i'm almost at half of it and i wanted to see if someone read it and what are your opinion on it.

For now i really like it, i was wondering if the other books by the same author are worth reading. I live in Italy and right here there doesn't seem to be many people that read it so i wanted to see if it's the same in other parts of the world.
