Day 4 Completed, Gearing Up for Day 5
Day 4 is officially in the books, and I'm gearing up for Day 5. Looking back on how today went, the urges this morning were stronger than yesterday, and I felt a heavy wave of low motivation. I ended up mindlessly surfing the web for a bit.
However, in the afternoon, I turned things around by doing something I actually enjoy: vibecoding a project. That sense of flow and constructive instant feedback felt surprisingly good and kept my mind off urges.
Seeing couples online still triggers a deep sense of envy and jealousy. It makes me feel incomplete—like I'm completely unseen by the world.
It's a tough mental battle. Feeling like you can't see the light pushes you to chase cheap dopamine, but chasing that dopamine only makes you short-sighted. It's a vicious loop.

Let's keep fighting.
