Rant on healthcare

Hi everyone,(26F)i’m currently at a crossroads for getting help with my situation. For some quick context ive had gerd diagnosed since 2023 and in 2025 may i had an endoscopy confirming a hiatal hernia but a fairly small one and gerd. In 2026 March i had another endoscopy and the doctor said i dont have a hiatal hernia but have pangastritis as well as gerd also i had failing (all weak) on my swallowing tests using the manometry test. The bravo test was a failure due to me experiencing a vasovagal attack. I was put on Xanax 0.25mg in morning as well as progesterone 100mg each night because my blood test shows i am lacking in making that hormone.

I was having alot of trouble swallowing(dysphagia) and digesting food and acid reflux and felt like i couldnt breathe and was struggling to swallow or eat anything. Before the endoscopy this year I was on 40mg rabeprazole and tried dexilant,pantoprazole and omeprazole. The Bravo test came back showing that i had almost no acid! So i got off any PPI for the last 6months , things were going better with strict diet and the xanax and progestrone. Until recently i got completely off xanax and then slowly got off progestrone. Right then the past week i have been feeling like food getting stuck and being unable to digest anything also feeling like im being choked and it triggers my
Flight or fight mode.

Anyways now im starting to get back on progestrone but at 200mg to see if that can substitute the xanax. I am going through ALL these trial and errors of pills but have consulted with 6 doctors in total which were all Gastroentologists and are supposed to be well versed in this field. Even with my test results they all refused me surgery. I have paused my life for almost 7 months now and i am feeling really depressed and hopeless. One of them said i might be born with this and accept it.. like what?! I never had this issue growing up.
But one things for sure they have all stated i have anxiety disorder. So the question is, even if i manage to get surgery for my acid reflux will the breathless tight feeling in my stomach go away or still stay without any medication.
Im so sorry for the super elaborate and probably confusing timeline, i am just desperate for some advice from people that knows what i am going through instead of so called health professionals giving me dead ends.
