How much help do you really need postpartum or after a c-section?

I am still pregnant but starting to plan what the postpartum period will look like if that makes sense.

I’ll be having a c-section between 34-36 weeks so not sure if my baby will need the NICU but while devastating for me for me, I’ll be forced to have a hysterectomy at the same time.

My boyfriend only gets 2 weeks of paternity leave and we agreed that it’s best for him to return to work then. He works for his uncle so has a bit more flexibility but still we need the income.

Is it crazy to think I’ll cope 2 weeks postpartum on me own? My mum, dad or one of my sisters could come over every day but would they need to stay all day long or is a few hours is enough?
